Daisy Day is a special day for fun and engaging activities specifically tailored to the youngest Girl Scout Troops. The girls participate in activities that will earn them a Red Petal (courageous and strong) Patch, and a Rose Petal (make the world a better place) Patch, in addition to a pizza lunch and plenty of free time for exhibition exploration!
The event lasts approximately 2 hours and will be offered twice on the days listed below.
- Cost: $10 per Scout/ $5 per adult
- December 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- April 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Do exhibits really come alive when a museum closes? Come spend the night at The Brogan Museum and find out! Several overnight programs are planned over the school year for Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes and Seniors. These overnight experiences are a great way for Girl Scouts to earn a badge and also meet new troops.
Each program is tailored for different badges and journeys and includes an evening full of activities. The evening also includes free time for exhibition exploration, a pizza dinner, and popcorn and a movie before bedtime. The following morning, the experience ends in a delicious breakfast. At the completion of the program, girls will have earned a badge and be eligible to purchase a special "MOAS" patch.
