The education staff at The Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science anticipates an exciting year of cutting edge exhibitions to share with school groups of ALL ages. 

To book a field trip, please review the Scheduling Guidelines then complete the Field Trip Order Form  or the Field Trip and Exploration Class Order Form . When completed, fax the form in to 850-513-0143.  You will be contacted within 72 business hours to either confirm your field trip orfind another suitable time and date.

FIELD TRIP COST
For $3.50 per student, field trip groups get a guided tour through our featured art and science exhibits, a hands-on demonstration in our Eco Lab and plenty of free time with our permanent science exhibits. Class tours are approximately 1 hour 45 minutes long. 

For an additional fee, lunch or a Brogan Exploration Class may be added to your field trip. Check out our most recent Fall 2010 - Spring 2011 Ed Guide for a listing of Exploration Classes for all age groups.

 AREAS/ LUNCHES
Groups can have their lunch waiting for them right at The Brogan Museum before or after their tour!
Groups who wish to eat during their field trip should take advantage of our beautiful downtown location and enjoy a picnic lunch on Kleman Plaza. Our staff will try to provide an indoor eating area in case of inclement weather, but please not that The Museum may not have space to accommodate group lunches.
Subway sandwiches and Domino's Pizza are available for order! 
Subway lunches are $5.50 per order and include a six inch sub, chips, and a drink. Domino’s lunch is $4.50 per order and includes 3 pieces of pizza and a drink.
